This is Windows Live Messenger 9 Wave 3, you'll find the official installer, also there is the APatch for those who doesn't know it removes not only Ads but ALOT of stuff from messenger, I also put the leaked version of MgsLivePlus! that works perfectly with WLM9 Beta Wave 3, I'm using all of them at the moment, no viruses there, you don't have to install the sponsor from Plus! it's not trusty.
