Il lungo ed evocativo titolo della seconda puntata di Passepartout, \"Carlo il Temerario, i cantoni svizzeri e i primi vietcong del mondo\", inquadra subito l\'oggetto della narrazione: la storia della Svizzera con un riferimento particolare all\'epopea vittoriosa delle battaglie con il Ducato di Borgogna, l\'ultima potenza europea che cercò di scalfirne l\'autonomia durante il XV secolo. Philippe Daverio visita la mostra Carlo il Temerario:1433-1477, allestita presso l\'Historisches Museum di Berna. Una sorta di omaggio postumo al più acerrimo dei nemici di questa nazione, cuore dell\'Europa.

Popolo bizzarro, quello degli svizzeri, per nulla intimoriti di essere nel mezzo di importanti crocevia d\'Europa con le Alpi e il Reno che ne scende. Nel 1308 con l\'eroica resistenza di Guglielmo Tell, furono protagonisti di una prima ribellione anti-imperiale, diventando così una sorta di primi vietcong del mondo. Centocinquanta anni dopo Carlo il Temerario tentò nuovamente di assoggettarli con un progetto di egemonia borgognona in Europa, che prevedeva la congiunzione dei territori compresi lungo l\'area renana dal Mare del Nord fino al Mediterraneo.

La mostra di Berna racconta la tenace resistenza svizzera e la conseguente sconfitta di Carlo il Temerario. Fra arazzi, armi, armature, pitture, miniature, oggetti raffinatissimi, ricostruisce dal vero e documenta in modo diretto il contesto di quel mondo medievale. Celebrando persino una giostra cavalleresca ben calibrata in tutti i suoi ingredienti originari, dall\'addestramento dei cavalli alle insegne e alle armature di parata, dalla scelta delle armi alle modalità di combattimento.

Un\'altra testimonianza di questo piccolo mondo svizzero dell\'antichità svizzera è nel Castello di Thun, un edificio piuttosto curioso e incredibilmente decorativo che sembra uscire più dalla memoria e dalla fantasia che dalla realtà. Questo castello era infatti totalmente inutile dal punto di vista militare e difensivo, ma serviva solo come dimostrazione del potere. Tutto l\'edificio è concepito per contenere un\'unica grande sala, di pura rappresentanza, che serviva a radunare i cavalieri al cospetto del principe di riferimento. Non mancano anche in questo castello alcuni cimeli che riportano nuovamente alle battaglie contro Carlo il Temerario, bandiere, insegne ed oggetti che facevano parte del bottino di quelle guerre fortunate.

Vietcong 2 permette di vestire i panni dei soldati americani ed anche dei giovani vietnamiti che si fronteggiarono nella citt� di Hue nel 1968. L'ambientazione trae, quindi, spunto da un fatto storico reale, un evento fondamentale nella guerra del Vietnam.

Rispetto al al primo Vietcong, in cui quasi tutte le missioni si svolgevano all'interno della giungla, ora avrete molte missioni disponibili all'interno dell'ambiente urbano. Cecchini sui tetti e soldati nemici nascosti nelle case sono alla base del concetto di gioco.
Il terrore e la paura di morire ad ogni angolo fanno parte dello spirito dell'esperienza videoludica e tengono il giocatore con il fiato sospeso per ore ed ore di entusiasmante divertimento.

Risulta fondamentale, al fine di procedere nelle varie missioni, il lavoro in team. Una serie di semplici comandi permettono di gestire un'intera squadra di soldati.
In questo modo vengono messe a dura prova anche le abilit� strategiche e di coordinamento.

La sezione multiplayer comprende due fazioni: Americani VS Vietnamiti.
Le tipologie di gioco disponibili in multiplayer sono le classiche: tutti contro tutti, combattimento a squadre e cattura la bandiera.
Il giocatore potr� scegliere, guadagnando punti man mano che procede nella partita, quale ruolo svolgere all'interno della squadra: medico, ingegnere, guastatore. Questa scelta, ovviamente, avr� grande impatto all'interno della strategia di gruppo.
E' quindi fondamentale scegliere coordinatamente i ruoli per vincere lo scontro.
Un altro importante punto all'interno della sezione multiplayer � la possibilit� di usare i veicoli, aumentando, quindi, ulterioriormente, l'interattivit� del videogioco.
