This is a machinima based on Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic II the Sith Lords developed by Obisidan Entertainment and published by LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC. I've edited together game play footage with in-game movies and cut scenes. This is only Episode I out of III, the other two (II and III) are being made as we speak. The change of developers came at BioWare's suggestion based on their familiarity with Obsidian Entertainment's previous work,[1] as BioWare was busy developing Jade Empire and started focusing on their own intellectual properties.[2] Development on The Sith Lords started around the same time of Knights of the Old Republic's Xbox release.[3] The Sith Lords was constructed using an updated version of Knights of the Old Republic's Odyssey game engine, which Obsidian obtained from BioWare Company.[1] BioWare also provided technical assistance to Obsidian's developers.[1] New features include more combat animations and interface scaling.[4] Producer Chris Avellone in an interview after the game's publication stated that he wished "there had been more time" to work on the game, and that some content -- such as a droid planet -- was cut.[5] Material created for the game but not integrated into it remains in the released source files.[6] There are three official patches for the game. The player's character, a former Jedi Knight exiled from the Jedi Order, is referred to as "the Exile" or "Jedi Exile." The player makes choices that turn the Exile to either the dark side or light side of the Force, and travels to six planets to either help or hinder the Republic's efforts to bring peace and stability to the galaxy. The deaths that ensued created such a substantial "wound" in the Force that the character was forced to sever all connections to Force, and the Jedi Council ordered the character exiled from the Jedi Order. As the game progresses, the Jedi Exile rebuilds a connection to the Force and creates unusually strong Force Bonds with other characters and places. KotOR II beginnt etwa fünf Jahre nach den Ereignissen des ersten Knights of the Old Republic.

In dem zweiten Teil wird der Spieler, der sich Revan im Mandalorianischen Krieg anschloss und dafür vom Jedi-Rat verbannt wurde,
in die Rolle eines gefallenen Jedi-Ritters versetzt. Da im \"Bürgerkrieg\" gegen Malak fast alle Jedi ihr Leben lassen mussten,
wurde der Orden der Jedi aufgelöst.

Der Spieler macht sich mit der mysteriösen Kreia und weiteren Gefährten auf die Suche nach den letzten überlebenden Jedis,
um die erneute Bedrohung der Sith, die von drei geheimen Sith-Lords auszugehen scheint, abzuwehren.

Das Spiel enthält einige wiederkehrende Charaktere und finstere neue Bösewichte. Spieler können mehr als 30 neue Macht Fähigkeiten verwenden,
die geistig schwachen Gegner im Kampf mit \"Macht Konfusion\" gegeneinander aufbringen,
oder mit \"Machtsicht\" durch Türen blicken und das Vorkommen anderer Charaktere beobachten.

Im Laufe des Spiels müssen Spieler sich durch sieben unterschiedliche Welten kämpfen und diese erforschen, während sie vor der Entscheidung stehen,

actions determine the outcome of this colossal galactic war - and your

Story:
Four thousand years before the rise of the Galactic Empire, the Republic was
at its most vulnerable state. A devastating war against the fallen Jedi Exar
Kun had shaken the galaxy to its very core, and left the Republic's
defenses crippled.

Sensing this weakness, the warlike Mandalorians began a series of brutal
attacks against worlds throughout the Outer Rim. In desperation, the
Republic turned to the Jedi Council for aid. The learned Masters wanted to
proceed with customary caution and due care before embarking on a long and
destructive military campaign; however, more immediate help came in the form
of two young Jedi Knights named Revan and Malak.

Ignoring the dictates of the Jedi Council, the charismatic pair recruited
many to their cause, rallying the impulsive youth of the Order with cries of
victory and glory. With Revan and Malak at the head of their great fleet,
the Republic set forth to drive the invaders back. The Mandalorian Wars were
long and bloody, and many Jedi perished in the struggle. Yet, at its end,
the Republic emerged triumphant, and Revan and Malak were hailed as heroes.

But the heroes did not leave the war untouched; something about the Outer
Rim worlds twisted and corrupted them. On Korriban, Revan uncovered the lost
secrets of the Sith and became the heir to an ancient and evil legacy.
Succumbing to the lure of the dark side, the fallen Jedi assumed the title
of Darth Revan, Lord of the Sith. Malak was chosen as the Dark Lord's
apprentice, and the great fleet under their control abandoned the Republic
and swore fealty to their new Sith masters.

With their army of followers, Revan and Malak returned not as saviors, but
as conquerors. For two years battles raged on the perimeters of Republic
space. The Sith gained victory after victory, until the Jedi set a trap for
Revan and succeeded in destroying the Dark Lord. But during the chaos of
battle, Malak managed to escape.

Malak seized the mantle of his fallen Sith Master and proclaimed himself the
new Dark Lord, swearing revenge on those who had killed Revan. And the Sith
armada continued its relentless advance upon the Core Worlds...
