Reject Humanity The D Creation tail begins in early 2006 when Dawn Creation renewed itself and started its journey towards the epics of modern metal. The band members stabilised as Jan Jokinen (g), Timo Huttunen (g), Juha Kettunen (b), Heidi Hakoinen (k), Gianmarco Lauriola (d) and the new vocalist Olli Vuorinen, who brought with him versatility in song as well as in growling/shouting, which were longed for. The year 2006 passed by looking for a common set and by making new songs. Rehearsing also took up a lot of time in order to get started with the first demo as soon as possible. In December of 2006 the band managed to pack up and move itself to the legendary D-Studio to record the first epic. This was meant to be the first step towards fame and glory. The demo, Pace Helvetia, did bring about a pleasant stir in the metal world winning the ???Demo of the Month??? title in the 9/2007 issue of Soundi-magazine receiving moreover very positive feedback. The record???s opening track Wish Beyond a Dream won ???The Weeks Demo Candidate??? contest on the radio station YleX, thus were heard the first radio tolls. Excited about the demo the band started to rehearse more rigidly aiming for a record contract and the possibility of making a full album. Interested inquiries from record companies were received, but finally the band made the decision to found a record company, Silent Echo, through which the future output will be released. At the beginning of 2008 the band did in fact have a whole record full of songs ready which they wanted to can in the good old D-Studio. Jarno H??nninen, who is known as the D-Studio busybody acted as the producer with legendary Tonmi Lillman, who is known for being the drummer in Ajattara, Vanguard, Kyl??hullut and To Die For. The debut album was finally ready in spring 2008, but at the start of the summer drummer Marco decided to focus his energy on working life, so began the search for a new musician. Finding a new drummer was relatively easy and only after a few weeks did the band practises continue. Yuri Lustre joined in and brought with him fresh vigour to old routines and patterns. The band has polished its music into a more sharp and precise form than ever before and is ready to take on its first big steps. A distribution contract was signed with Playground Music Finland and the record is to be released at the beginning of 2009.

Una observaci�n fundada en una larga experiencia demuestra que los textos jur�dico-administrativos establecen con frecuencia una distancia a veces insalvable entre el receptor y el emisor. Desde esta perspectiva, independientemente de la complejidad intr�nseca de los aspectos t�cnicos, son textos que - a veces por error, otras por omisi�n- fracasan comunicativamente porque expulsan de la posibilidad de comprensi�n al no iniciado, y acaban por constituir una especie de jerga-arcano que impide o frena su uso eficiente hasta por parte de ciudadanos instruidos y capaces.

Este Manual presenta una serie de temas ling��sticos �ntimamente relacionados con la pr�ctica diaria de la escritura en lo que se refiere al manejo adecuado de nuestra lengua como instrumento de comunicaci�n jur�dica.

Consideramos que el rigor gramatical y sint�ctico con que debe ser empleado el idioma, y todo lo que conduzca a la expresi�n m�s clara del pensamiento, adquieren especial importancia en el discurso jur�dico, dada la relevancia que tiene la actividad de abogados, juristas y funcionarios del Poder Judicial, en cuanto a los intereses que se ponen en juego cuando se trata de aplicar la ley, ya sea en el �mbito civil, comercial, administrativo, econ�mico, laboral, tributario o penal, tanto en el orden nacional como internacional.

La observancia de las normas de ortograf�a, morfolog�a, sintaxis; el uso adecuado de la palabra precisa en cada caso; la precauci�n constante ante los vicios que minan el idioma; la actitud defensiva - sin descartar la razonable flexibilidad- frente al extranjerismo innecesario; el cuidado por mantener el estilo en el que se acompasen la t�cnica jur�dica y las exigencias gramaticales b�sicas, todo ello forma parte ineludible del quehacer profesional del abogado, el jurista o el juez.

No hay que desconocer, por otro lado, que la estructura de una lengua evoluciona permanentemente. As�, el l�xico oficial - eco del uso popular y culto bajo el control depurador de los organismos rectores de la lengua- sufre profundas mutaciones. Ciertos vocablos pierden su vigencia, pasan de moda, iniciando el camino de la obsolescencia y se convierten en meros arca�smos. Otros, en cambio, irrumpen en el idioma y logran, muy a menudo, pasar el tamiz acad�mico: se trata en la mayor�a de los casos, de neologismos t�cnicos y cient�ficos, voces de origen extranjero o regionalismos latinoamericanos.

En esta oportunidad no se ha intentado darle al lector un manual del idioma castellano sistem�ticamente estructurado, con definiciones, reglas, cuadros, divisiones, paradigmas verbales, ya que para eso existen en el mercado bibliogr�fico obras fundamentales. Por el contrario, s�lo se ha pretendido presentar una sencilla gu�a que sirva de orientaci�n acerca del lenguaje, su uso y algunos aspectos te�ricos, para la redacci�n de textos. El prop�sito es desarrollar reglas gramaticales, y comentar determinados errores frecuentes con el fin de poder evitarlos.

Asimismo, se propone invitar a una toma de conciencia acerca de la necesidad del cuidado de la lengua en una profesi�n y en un �mbito, en los que - como dijimos- la producci�n de textos correctos y comprensibles desempe�a un papel fundamental.

Y si bien el lector encontrar� citas de normas y directrices gramaticales, siempre fueron hechas dentro de un contexto pr�ctico en el que la claridad, la funcionalidad, incluso la amenidad, pretendieron ser sus mejores virtudes. Por eso se ha tratado tambi�n de evitar el extrav�o en un laberinto de normativas y postulados te�ricos, y m�s bien, los ejemplos y situaciones pr�cticas, tomados de textos period�sticos y de fallos judiciales, fueron la base principal de esta exposici�n.

No obstante lo b�sico de la propuesta, recordando con Heidegger que "el lenguaje es la casa del ser", incluimos en la Introducci�n algunas reflexiones de car�cter te�rico para todos aquellos lectores m�s profundamente interesados en la problem�tica del lenguaje, facultad que constituye al hombre como tal, y de la lengua, como sistema e instrumento privilegiado de la comunicaci�n humana.
