Overview The player takes control of a four-man squad, either in the British Special Air Service or the United States Delta Force, carrying out a variety of missions during the first Gulf War. Each soldier in the squad has a unique specialty, such as demolitions, sniper rifles, machine guns, and assault rifles. To complete each mission successfully, the player must utilize the skills of each squad member, such as using their demolitions expert to destroy bridges, their heavy weapons specialist to destroy tanks, etc. Prior to beginning a campaign, the player can run through the basic training portion of the game, which will cover the use of weapons, as well being trained in the use of artillery and airstrikes, along with basic medical skills and squad maneuvers. The game includes a player-controllable HMMWV and M2/M3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Story The game begins shortly after the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait on August 2, 1990. During an attempt to destroy one of the bridges crossing the Iraq-Kuwait border, sniper Paul Foley is captured, while his other team member is killed. The next morning, John Bradley, a rifleman, and later on, squad leader, is sent in alone to rescue Foley and complete the original mission of destroying the bridge. Shortly after landing, Bradley comes into a firefight with a small force of Iraqi mechanized infantry. Shortly after rescuing Foley, Bradley completes the mission of destroying the bridge, thus slowing the Iraqi advance. From there, the squad carries out various missions, such as rescuing the Emir of Kuwait, engaging Iraqi forces in the Battle of Khafji, destroying Iraqi early-warning radar, rescuing prisoners of war from Baghdad, and leading an advance element of U.S. cavalry in a fight with the Tawalkana Division of the Iraqi Republican Guard. Truly one of the most unique moments of Elvis' life ever captured on tape. Apparently the tabloids printed a story about Elvis being a heroin addict , and Elvis took offense to the story in a BIG way. Usually a closing engagement show is a special thing , with a lot of celebrities in the crowd , a longer setlist, Elvis in a great mood, etc. Certainly there are some interesting song choices here, but the most interesting moments occur on disc 2 with the infamous "Drug Monologue".

The "Drug Monologue" has been widely bootlegged since the 1980's vinyl releases. It was surprising that a soundboard release of this infamous show surfaced.

The sound engineer didn't record "2001", "See See Rider" and part of "I Got A Woman"; he also cut out Voice performing a beautiful song titled "I Can't Live Without you". However , the non-soundboard bootleg release "Drug Story" features the complete show.

"Bringing It Back" and "Aubrey" are performed by Voice

A lot of celebrities in the audience , to include Priscilla (of whom Elvis talks about the car gift-exchange for the holidays) , Elvis' current girlfriend Shiela Ryan and others.

The only show on tape where Elvis performed two full versions of "It's Now Or Never"

The "Drug Monologue" gets pretty graphic in language and Elvis tries to contain his fury but can't; it is obvious that he is very upset about the tabloid , and even seguing into "Hawaiian Wedding Song" he still can't calm down enough until midway through the song.

Even though the show is marred by Elvis' temper , it is still a high energy show and surprisingly good and is a fairly long show. The crowd definitely got their money's worth that evening ! (Ciscoking)

Part 2 in the series, Back to Baghdad is a squad-based shooter that picks up right where the first Desert Storm left off. John Bradley, Paul Foley, Mick Connors, and David Jones are back once again to team up and once again take on Saddam's henchmen. Whether it's protecting friendly choppers from enemy fire, the burning oil fields, Iraq's chemical weapons program, or secret superguns, there was apparently enough unfinished business left to serve as the basis for a second game. For the sequel, the developers improved on the team-mate AI and game UI, but the biggest appeal is once again the split-screen co-operative multiplayer for up to four players.

die Bewegungsabl�ufe und das Hantieren mit dem Team erkl�rt. Selbstverst�ndlich lernt ihr auch,
wie die Fahrzeuge benutzt und gesteuert werden.
Und dann geht es auch schon los. Ihr m�sst zuerst entscheiden, ob ihr lieber die Amerikaner mit den
Delta Force-Spezialeinheiten oder die Briten mit den SAS-Truppen in die W�ste schickt. Die Story wird
durch eure Wahl nicht beeinflusst, lediglich der Akzent in der Sprache der Hauptakteure �ndert sich.
Da wir uns hier bei einem Takik-Shooter befinden, m�sst ihr nat�rlich nicht alleine gegen Hunderte
von Gegnern k�mpfen und in 'Quake'-Manier draufhalten, was das Zeug h�lt, sondern ihr k�nnt auf ein
Team zur�ckgreifen, welches euch tatkr�ftig unterst�tzt.
Im Kampf k�nnt ihr st�ndig zwischen euren Teammates hin- und herwechseln und je nach Entfernung zum
Gegner somit die passende Waffe aussuchen. F�r gro�e Distanzen empfiehlt sich dabei
selbstverst�ndlich der Scharfsch�tze, w�hrend im Nahkampf sicherlich ein Maschinengewehr n�tzlicher
ist. Da die Iraker grunds�tzlich in der �berzahl sind, bietet es sich zuerst an, mit einem
Maschinengewehr einmal die n�here Umgebung freizur�umen und erst anschlie�end mit dem Sniper zu
arbeiten. Wie unter anderem in 'Breed' k�nnt ihr eurem Team auch w�hrend des Einsatzes Befehle
geben - zum Beispiel, dass es die Sache einmal etwas langsamer und leiser angehen soll, um nicht
sofort entdeckt zu werden oder ein Ausgehen der Munition zu verhindern.

Kommunikation ist gefragt
W�hrend eines Gefechtes gibt es nat�rlich einiges �ber Funk zu bereden, und dieser akustische Teil
ist den Entwicklern recht gut gelungen. Die Funkspr�che �bertragen eine gewisse Dramatik in das
Kampfgeschehen. Auch die Sounds der Waffen wissen durch ihre Vielfalt zu �berzeugen. Lediglich bei
der Ausbildung h�tte man sich ein wenig mehr Liebe zum Detail gew�nscht, da die Lippenbewegungen des
Ausbilders keineswegs zu dem, was er sagt, passen. �ber Funk wird auch gemeldet, wenn ein Soldat
schwer verletzt ist und mit einem Erste-Hilfe-Kasten verarztet werden muss. Diese Hilfe muss schnell
erfolgen, denn sonst habt ihr den Verlust eines eurer Kameraden zu beklagen. Erfreulich ist, dass die
Teammates nicht fest an ihre Waffen gebunden sind, sondern durchaus auch mit anderen umgehen k�nnen.
Zwar ist bei einem Waffenwechsel die Trefferquote geringer, doch wenn die Munition ausgegangen ist,
dann sind wenige Treffer besser als keine. Durch das h�ufige Verwenden einer Waffe mit demselben
Soldaten erh�lt dieser Erfahrungspunkte, die seine Trefferquote noch zus�tzlich erh�hen k�nnen.
