• Cracks/serials requests. We don't have cracks or serial numbers.
• Corrupt data inside a torrent (nuked releases, etc.). If one rar file is corrupt, there is most likely a directory which contains the fix. If there isn't, we can't help you.
• Any "unkown passkey", "Unknown host", etc. error messages from a tracker. Those are sites where you need to register before you can download. See the FAQ for more information.
• Tracker is offline. If it is offline for a long time, the torrent will be deleted automaticaly.
• When you have problems with getting movies to work (missing sound, wrong codec etc.). Use google to find what codec to use.
• Seed requests. We don't have anything to do with the torrent so we can't "add a few seeds".

Problems/things you CAN report:

• Offensive material.
• Torrent in wrong section.
• Torrent has a wrong name.
• Spam torrents. Free iPod, $$$, etc.
• If you have the password for a specific torrent.
• Other stuff that might be useful.
