Please read the following guidelines before submitting a report.
DO NOT report the following problems:
- Password protected rar files. We do NOT have the passwords! Read the FAQ, the password is often just in the title. However, if you do have the password, you can then (and only then!) report it.
- Installation problems. There are enough guides on the internet on how to install games, use Google.
- Cracks/serials requests. We don't have cracks or serial numbers.
- Corrupt data inside a torrent (nuked releases, etc.). If one rar file is corrupt, there is most likely a directory which contains the fix. If there isn't, we can't help you.
- Any "unkown passkey", "Unknown host", etc. error messages from a tracker. Those are sites where you need to register before you can download. See the FAQ for more information.
- Tracker is offline. If it is offline for a long time, the torrent will be deleted automaticaly.
- When you have problems with getting movies to work (missing sound, wrong codec etc.). Use google to find what codec to use.
- Seed requests. We don't have anything to do with the torrent so we can't "add a few seeds".
Problems/things you CAN report:
- Offensive material.
- Torrent in wrong section.
- Torrent has a wrong name.
- Spam torrents. Free iPod, $$$, etc.
- If you have the password for a specific torrent.
- Other stuff that might be useful.
