this is a copy of epsxe 1.7.0 with American Bios and all plugin's to date
( NOV - 13 - 08 ) and is pre configured to work with most ps1 games
how to configuration
video: ok for the video plugin u should use ( psx emulator cheater 2.5 ) then click configure then u will be able to selct a nother plugin u should use ( Peate's OpenGL2 Diver 2.7 ) and from ther just config till it works ...: note : u can click a buttin in the ( Peate's OpenGL2 Diver 2.7 ) that says ( Fast ) or ( Nice ) that will auto config them to work but u can download the plugins from http://www.ngemu.com/psx/epsxe.php?action=plugins
sound: ur best bet is to use the (Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41) i have provided this plugin as well i think it works the best but if u have problems u can try another one
CDrom: i just use the (Null Driver 0.1) and that works for me but u might whant to use somthing else depinding on ur pc if u need help leave a comment
BIOS: just make sure when selecting the bios u use the SCPH1001.bin thats the USA one
Netplay: u can ussaly turn this off but i use it to play two player games online but if u just whant to play games just select (Disable Net play)
Memory Cards: if u whant to make ur own memory card go to the directory the epsxe 1.7.0 is in and ther is a folder called memcards i have provided the memory card manager in that folder just run the MemManager.exe and just click new and when u have a new one made put it in that folder
