DESCRIPTION: I'll be uploading all three of the ISO images for the 10 minute Trainer videos, as the ones I've seen here are pretty bad. This is the Deluxe version. Disk 1 contains: Total Body Lower Body Abs Disk 2 Contains: Cardio Yoga Flex Disk 3 Contains: Total Body 2 Core Cardio Upper Body I'll be scanning the rest of the stuff here in the future and probably adding another torrent for it. But I know a lot of you have been waiting for this, so I'll try to seed it for quite awhile! (at least a week or so)
