Think you need the original oblivion.exe file to update

after u installed Sivering Isles run
\"ShiveringIsles_v1.2.0416English.exe\" from the DVD

now you can copy the \"Oblivion.exe\" (it\'s v1.2.0416)
so you need to update Oblivion
